A curious rebel, secret punk, perpetual smiler, partner, culture creator and learning design specialist. I’ve worked at all levels of an organization from director to individual contributor, in small start ups and established businesses. I’ve been a refugee, immigrant + migrant and have lived or worked in 6 countries across Asia, Europe and North America. My lived experience is as valuable as my work experience and I leverage both to create mile deep change and relationships with and for my clients.
I work with Fortune 500 companies helping leaders be and do better by understanding their systemic, collective and individual power so they use it in service of the greater good. My work focuses on emergent leadership and deep culture. By re-imaging leadership and power we can break down unhelpful, and harmful, organisational cultures and systems in order to co-create healthier ones.
Why? Because we need better leadership. Leadership that pushes back against the status quo and reimagines a different way of moving forward, collectively.
No one person can know everything, so I work with a community of fantastic practitioners who add depth and immense value through their knowledge and lived experience across sectors, cultures and specialisms.
Working together that could mean bringing in a community member as a guest trainer, speaker, designer, etc. Some of the clients we’ve worked in the community with are: European Central Band, European IPO Office, PowerToFly, The Power MBA, Imperial College Business School and Vrije Universiteit (Vu) Amsterdam.
